Ingredients:
- 1 FRESCHETTA® Gluten Free Four Cheese Pizza, frozen
- 4-50z Chicken breast, grilled, sliced
- 1 Tbsp Fajita seasoning blend
- 1 each Avocado, Sliced
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 Lime, freshly squeezed
Procedures/Preparation
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Toss together chicken and seasoning blend, making sure to coat each piece well.
- Top FRESCHETTA® Gluten Free Four Cheese Pizza with fajita chicken.
- Bake pizza on center rack for 10-13 minutes.
- Place pizza on cutting board and top with avocado, cilantro, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
- Slice and enjoy.
Disclaimer: Pizza should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Once cooked, let pizza cool for at least two minutes before eating.
