We have rolled out our Gluten Free Pizza dough extra thin and made it family size so everyone can enjoy the juicy tomatoes and mozzarella cheese on our FRESCHETTA® Gluten Free Margherita with Roasted Garlic Pizza. This great tasting pizza just happens to be Gluten Free and is certified by the Gluten-Free Manufacturing Program which is endorsed by the National Celiac Association.

Cooking Instructions

FOR A PERFECT GLUTEN FREE CRUST

Keep pizza frozen while preheating.


For Crispier Crust:
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Remove overwrap and cardboard.
  3. Bake directly on center rack for 11-13 minutes or until cheese is melted at the center & crust is golden brown.

For Softer Crust:
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Remove overwrap and cardboard.
  3. Bake pizza on a pan for 13-15 minutes using bottom oven rack.

Don't Forget:
  • Keep pizza frozen while preheating.
  • Do not thaw pizza.
  • For food safety and quality, cook until the internal temperature is 160°F before eating.
  • Cook thoroughly before eating.
  • Cooking times may vary.
  • Let cool for at least 2 minutes.
  • Refrigerate or discard any unused portion.

How do I handle the dry ice inside the shipping box?

DO NOT HANDLE DRY ICE WITH BARE HANDS OR ALLOW CONTACT WITH SKIN. Dry ice is extremely cold and can cause severe burns and frostbite.

How can I dispose of the dry ice?

Allow dry ice to evaporate and turn into gas in a well-ventilated area that is not accessible to children or pets. Dry ice must be disposed of in a well-ventilated area. DO NOT pour water on the dry ice.

What precautions should I take when handling dry ice?

Dry ice can be dangerous, especially if exposed to your skin. Wear insulated gloves when handling dry ice. It’s important to be very cautious around children. Simply keep dry ice out of their reach. Never eat or swallow dry ice and avoid inhaling the carbon dioxide gas.
